Exchange Policy

We want your pet's gear to fit perfectly. If you ordered the wrong size or color, our exchange policy makes it easy to get the right item.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size/color of the exact same product. The exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item you are returning for exchange must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and free from pet hair.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at exchanges@shopefurry.store with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Specify the new size or color you need.
  3. Wait for our customer service team to send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions.

3. Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Approved exchanges are typically processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

If the exchange is due to a defective or damaged item upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. For size or color exchanges, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, but we will ship the replacement item to you for free.
